We do not accept exchanges or returns on clearance/sale items. Return of underwear bottoms, swimwear, socks will not be accepted.
T-STUDIO will gladly accept exchanges of new, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise with all internal garment tags intact.
We do not accept exchanges of scratched, torn, rip, or the intact label damaged merchandise.
We do not accept returns of fragrance (perfume, detergent, or strong body odor).
We do not accept exchanges of washed merchandise.
We do not accept exchanges of stains (colored, greasy, makeup and other human interference caused) merchandise.
Any apparel item that has any obvious signs of use, such as damage when opening the packaging, or smelling like it has been washed or worn cannot be returned or exchanged.

Can I choose the time of day I want my package delivered?
Yes. You can leave your available time when you are at the last step of finishing your order.
Please note that if you want us to deliver the package on specific date. And please add remark. We will assign the time of day you want within 10 days from the day after you place the order.
