We truly value your privacy so all shipments are packed in plain brown boxes or small packets with no indication of what is inside. It’s very boring, and very discreet. Please know we value your privacy as much as you do!

      

    

Orders placed Monday to Saturday (excluding holidays) before 3 p.m. (GMT+8) are shipped on the same day. Orders placed on weekends go out starting on Monday, including priority shipments. Orders received after 3 p.m. (GMT+8) are shipped on the next business day excluding weekends and holidays.

Our customer service team will contact you through phone, text message, or emails to confirm your order, once we received it.

It usually takes about 2-4 business days within Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Macau; and can take 5-14 days for any other region.

   

   

    

If you received an item that was different from the item described onT-STUDIO, or is the wrong size, color, or style than what you ordered, we will happily replace the item for you. Contact us and send it back within 7-day appreciation period.

Please make sure you indicate the reasons such as style, size, color, or defective for the product return on the returns form. Don’t forget to attach your name, contact number, delivery address, and details of item returns.

If you request a refund, please make sure to attach your bank account.

All goods will be inspected on return. If you receive the wrong item, we will arrange exchanges.

   

   

    

Sure! Items eligible for return/ exchange must be postmarked within 7 days of the original delivery.

If you are not completely satisfied with your T-STUDIO item, please complete the returns form and return the item/s (unworn and undamaged) as well as freebies from any carrier you choose.

We do not accept exchanges or returns on clearance/sale items. Return of underwear bottoms, swimwear, socks will not be accepted.

T-STUDIO will gladly accept exchanges of new, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise with all internal garment tags intact.

We do not accept exchanges of scratched, torn, rip, or the intact label damaged merchandise.

We do not accept returns of fragrance (perfume, detergent, or strong body odor).

We do not accept exchanges of washed merchandise.

We do not accept exchanges of stains (colored, greasy, makeup and other human interference caused) merchandise.

Any apparel item that has any obvious signs of use, such as damage when opening the packaging, or smelling like it has been washed or worn cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

In Taiwan

  1. Items eligible for return/ exchange must be postmarked within 7 days of the original delivery.please complete the returns form and attached contact information (includes name, contact number, delivery address, item details). T-STUDIO will cover the shipping cost.
  2. You may exchange items with the similar promotion of the same value. If you wish to exchange for a higher value item, you may do so by topping up the difference. If a cheaper item is chosen for exchange, difference in value will not be refunded.
  3. Please pay via ATM. You will not be charged shipping fee. However, if your order is under NT.1000 and adopt cash on delivery; you will need to pay NT100 shipping fee.

 

In Hong Kong and Macau

  1. Items eligible for return/ exchange must be postmarked within 7 days of the original delivery.please complete the returns form and attached contact information (includes name, contact number, delivery address, item details). This will cost you NT.180. Please proceed the payment through 3 ways: a. transfer by ATM b. deposit into our Bank of China(Hong Kong)Limited account, or c. attached in the package you send.
  2. You may exchange items with the similar promotion of the same value. If you wish to exchange for a higher value item, you may do so by topping up the difference. If a cheaper item is chosen for exchange, difference in value will not be refunded.
  3. Please pay via ATM, or deposit into our Bank of China(Hong Kong)Limited account. 

 

 

Exchange in Other regions

  1. You will need to pay for the shipping cost, please refer to our “Delivery charges”.
  2. You may exchange items with the similar promotion of the same value. If you wish to exchange for a higher value item, you may do so by topping up the difference. If a cheaper item is chosen for exchange, difference in value will not be refunded.

Can I choose the time of day I want my package delivered?

Yes. You can leave your available time when you are at the last step of finishing your order.

Please note that if you want us to deliver the package on specific date. And please add remark. We will assign the time of day you want within 10 days from the day after you place the order.

   

   

    

If the item is damaged or defective, please contact us and send it back within 7-day appreciation period. The warranty does not cover damage caused by human factors. Please make sure you indicate the reasons such as style, size, color, or defective for the product return on the returns form. Don’t forget to attach your name, contact number, delivery address, and details of item returns.

If you request a refund, please make sure to attach your bank account.
